Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking an organized and motivated on-site loan servicing specialist in Southfield, MI. The role involves external lender correspondence and internal collaboration with accounting and operations teams to manage loan portfolios and ensure compliance throughout the life of each loan.

You will analyze loan documents, prepare tracking and reporting documents, and act as a primary contact for lenders and servicers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Extensive experience with loan servicing and correspondence.
• Ability to read and analyze incoming loan documents and summarize requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan servicing review and correspondence.
• Prepare loan servicing tracking documents for internal review and lender compliance.
• Prepare correspondence with external lenders or loan servicers that is professional and consistent with loan requirements.
• Review internal financial statements, including cash flows, income statements, balance sheets, rent rolls and delinquency reports for lender reporting.
• Read and analyze loan documents and summarize requirements (notes, loan agreements, reserves, agreements, affidavits).
• Prepare responses to routine inquiries and maintain corporate loan servicing records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and procedures.
