Job summary

Sbhonline, a fast-growing jewelry retailer at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, seeks a Live Stream Sales Assistant to support on-camera hosts and keep broadcasts running smoothly. You will manage live product staging, monitor real-time inventory, moderate chats, and ensure every stream operates without a hitch.

This on-site role requires organized, tech-savvy team players who can handle studio equipment, partner with fulfillment, and drive viewer engagement during live sessions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail support, studio production, live stream moderation, or e-commerce operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Live Stream Host before, during, and after broadcasts to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Prepare, clean, tag, and display featured watches and brand name jewelry prior to going live.
• Hand off products, display stands, and promotional materials to the host in real time during the stream.
• Monitor and moderate live chat rooms, answering customer inquiries, pinning key product details, and driving engagement.
• Manage real-time inventory tracking and claim logs as sales are completed on-air.
• Set up and maintain studio equipment, including lighting, smartphones, cameras, microphoning, and internet connections.
• Package, organize, and transition sold items to the fulfillment team post-stream.
