The role focuses on drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, coordinating depositions, and managing case files in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation teams and drafting legal documents.
• Ability to draft pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials.
• Proficiency in organizing case files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, authorizations, interrogatories, and other legal documents.
• File summonses and complaints and coordinate process service.
• Prepare discovery requests and responses; coordinate depositions.
• Track client files, calendars and provide status updates; conduct legal research.
• Assist with trial preparation including exhibits and coordination with counsel and court staff.
