Job summary

Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco in Exton, PA seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our litigation team and, on occasion, land use and zoning attorneys. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and reliably meets deadlines, known as the go‑to person, with a billable hour minimum.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and discovery, managing e‑filings in courts, coordinating case files, and assisting trial teams.

Qualifications

• Solid civil litigation experience in a law firm (4–6 years).
• Paralegal certificate or degree required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and e-filing software (Coyote/IManage preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
• Manage electronic court filings (e-filing) in state and federal courts with local rules and deadlines.
• Coordinate document production, organize exhibit indexes, and log records or depositions.
• Maintain physical and electronic case files, track deadlines, and schedule depositions/hearings.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and in-court logistical support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
