Job summary

Must hold Indiana licensure and complete CPI and BLS post-hire. This is a full-time on-site position with direct patient care.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology or related field and licensure to practice in Indiana.
• One year of community mental health experience preferred.
• Active Indiana licensure in LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and diagnose mental health/substance use disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Provide counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Complete required crisis tools and documentation.
