Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our on-site team in Bellevue, NE. You will present community information, assist with accounting tasks, and help new residents find their perfect home.

The role emphasizes customer service, timely communications, lease processing, and coordination of move-ins/outs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager is preferred, weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience in multi-family property management is preferred.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Weekend hours may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Present community information to prospective renters in a professional manner to appeal to their rental needs.
• Assist the apartment community with their accounting needs.
• Provide accurate information on the selling features of the community and surrounding area.
• Build positive rapport with potential residents by answering telephone and email communications in a timely manner.
• Process applications for prospective residents and follow up to maintain consistent communication.
• Prepare lease contracts and other required documents.
• Coordinate residents moving in and out of the community and document events for the proper departments.
• Listen to resident complaints and help develop solutions for them.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.
