Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for our 208-unit Sunrise Pointe community in Port Orange, FL. You will lead maintenance operations and help create a great living experience for residents.

Key duties include monitoring repairs and completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, assessing and repairing appliances, assisting in preparing vacant units, supervising site maintenance staff, occasional on-call duties, and maintaining a safe work

Qualifications

• 2-3 years maintenance experience
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
• Supervise site maintenance personnel and other staff
• Occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided if called back after hours)
• Create and maintain a safe work environment
