Job summary

Dominium seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician for The Stillwaters, a 180-unit community in Apopka, FL. You will supervise maintenance operations and help deliver a welcoming, well-maintained living environment for residents.

The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC, with a valid driver’s license. You will support other communities in the Orlando area and may participate in on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• HVAC experience and EPA familiarity preferred; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Supervise site maintenance staff.
