ONYX Multifamily Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance to support The Bowie community. You will supervise and mentor maintenance technicians, prioritize work orders, and ensure safe, efficient operations across the property.

This role partners with the Property Manager to uphold high resident satisfaction, perform general repairs, diagnose issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and maintain equipment and records; on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong hands-on maintenance experience and understand safe, efficient property operations.
• Experience supervising, training, and supporting maintenance technicians.
• Ability to manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

• Supervise, train and support maintenance technicians.
• Delegate maintenance tasks and prioritize work orders and available resources.
• Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance issues.
• Monitor maintenance requests and ensure work orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized maintenance is needed.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Help maintain the condition and appearance of buildings, common areas and property grounds.
• Identify maintenance concerns and address issues before they become larger problems.
• Follow safety procedures and applicable safety and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders and other required documentation.
