You will perform master-level carpentry, manage trade partners, and coordinate with the design team to maintain a no-surprises process while delivering client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven leadership in residential remodeling.
• Ability to supervise carpenters, helpers and trade partners on site.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in reading architectural prints and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage all on-site field activities and supervise crews.
• Serve as primary client liaison and ensure homeowner satisfaction.
• Audit materials, coordinate orders, and minimize waste to control costs.
• Log daily activities in the project management system and track changes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors for smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with design/production teams to adapt the Scope of Work.
