3M is seeking a Laboratory Technologist in Austin, TX to support automated production equipment at customer sites and collaborate with global teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting, installation, startup, and service activities across lab and field environments.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, documentation, and coordinating with internal teams. Travel up to 30% is required; four days per week on-site at the 3M Center location in Austin.
Competenze
- Associate/HS with relevant technical background and start-ready verify prior to start.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment troubleshooting in private/public/government/military settings.
- Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills.
