Job summary

Pace is seeking a Client Services Technician I for our Morgantown, WV laboratory. This on-site role focuses on receiving and processing samples, ensuring paperwork accuracy, and maintaining precise records in our LIMS.

Training is provided to qualified candidates with a customer-focused mindset. You will work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends off, in a safety-conscious lab environment with provided PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills preferred.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments of samples.
• Unpacking the sample coolers.
• Verifying the samples against the customer’s paperwork.
• Logging the sample into our system.
