Qualifications

• High school diploma or international U.S. equivalent.
• Native-like French fluency and working English proficiency (spoken and written).
• MSDE Child Care Teacher certification (90 hours) or similar credentials.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 14 days).
• 2+ years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork capabilities, patience, and a strong affinity for working with children.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of information.
• Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance at work.
• Computer and technological literacy.
• Three Professional References listed on CV/resume.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Provide individualized attention to support developmental needs.
• Assist with meals and snacks.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to enhance children's experiences.
• Keep records of daily activities.
