Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Native-like French fluency and working English proficiency.
• MSDE Child Care Teacher certification (or similar) required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 2+ years in preschool/childcare.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Confidentiality and reliability essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom and participate in safety trainings.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
• Provide individualized attention to support each child's development.
• Assist with meals and snacks, following nutritional guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to enhance learning.
• Keep detailed records of daily activities (naps, diaper changes).
• Maintain professional behavior with students, parents, and colleagues.
