Job summary

PROCEDEO Group is seeking a K12 Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of educational construction projects. You will manage budgets, ensure safety, coordinate schedules, and supervise site activities to meet specifications, timelines, and safety standards on-site.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and school district representatives to ensure alignment, monitor progress, and report to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing K-12 construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, procurement, and contract administration.
