Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Associate Planner to support joint venture planning and multi-channel forecasting. You will analyze historical sales and inventory by country and channel, helping Merchandisers and JV Partners optimize quarterly and seasonal assortments.

Expect collaboration on budgets, door counts, and SKU plans with a focus on data integrity and proactive risk management. You will plan pre-season and maintain in-season data, review sales and inventory, and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years planning/analyst experience.
• On-site work required.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze country historical sales and inventory to guide quarterly/seasonal assortments.
• Collaborate with JV team on sales budget, target, and inventory forecasts by channel.
• Plan pre-season activities and maintain in-season data with reviews by gender/category/division/sku.
• Communicate quarterly recaps and inventory levels by country and channel.
• Coordinate with IT to automate reports and refine planning tools.
