Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and fine manual dexterity essential.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and follow instructions precisely.
• Able to work in a team and follow directions; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical enclosures, brackets, and mounting hardware per instructions.
• Install and route wire harnesses, cables, and connectors.
• Perform basic soldering, crimping, and wire terminations.
• Install PCBs and components into assemblies; apply labels and fasteners.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and accurate production records.
