Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1–3+ years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GL accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and develop accounting skills.
• ERP experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Complete balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close activities and deadlines.
• Research discrepancies and ensure accounts are accurate.
• Maintain accurate financial data in QuickBooks.
• Support activities across multiple systems during the transition.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to requests.
