Job summary

Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County is seeking a Job Coach to supervise and train service participants, helping them develop skills listed in their IHSP. You will coordinate with job-site partners to ensure successful daily operations and safe workflows across multiple sites.

The role requires on-site work, travel to various job sites, and collaboration with regional counselors to create personalized growth plans that promote independence and employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in an industrial contract production center or social service setting providing employment training or similar services for people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train service participants to meet IHSP-driven skill goals.
• Monitor production quality and quantity, initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Assist in daily defined goals and attend safety meetings.
