Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years related experience and/or training; preferably in the janitorial/facilities field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and help delegate operations schedule to ensure proper work area coverage.
• Evaluates performance of personnel and inspects assigned areas to ensure proper work performance; may perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Identify problems, resolve issues, and make recommendations to improve quality and exceed customer expectations.
• Report issues, concerns or discrepancies to Operations Manager/Coordinators.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries and report new or changing job/work orders.
• Oversee purchasing activities, supplies and equipment usage; ensure labeling, dilution, and storage comply with standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for staff on task specifics.
• Support training and effective communication among supervisors, customers and employees.
• Perform management duties in line with company policies and client rules.
