Qualifications

• Three to Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the janitorial/facilities field.
• Knowledge of facility cleaning standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and delegate operations schedule to ensure coverage.
• Evaluate performance and provide hands-on support when needed.
• Identify issues, make recommendations, and drive quality improvements.
• Monitor purchasing, supplies, and equipment usage per policy.
