Job summary

ServiceMaster by Crane IFS is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Eastvale, CA to support the Site Manager in overseeing janitorial operations, staff performance, and client satisfaction. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining high service standards and efficient on-site management.

You will help with scheduling, training, safety compliance, and supply coordination while serving as the on-site liaison with clients. A strong lead with bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing staff schedules and daily operations across multiple buildings or large sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations and act as liaison with the client.
• Enforce company policies and maintain documentation.
• Conduct inspections, address service issues, and implement improvements.
• Train, mentor staff, and promote leadership development.
• Manage cleaning supply inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Assist with scheduling and timekeeping to optimize labor and stay within budget.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence and respond to operational needs.
