Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of ITS/telecom or transportation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with administrative and project coordination tasks.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and status updates.
• Assist with monitoring expenses, budgets, and invoicing.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Track field activities and project progress and report findings.
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and performance records for field personnel.
• Support maintenance planning, service delivery, and operations evaluations.
• Assist with inventory, asset tracking, and equipment accountability.
• Coordinate communications with customers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
