Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years hands-on experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience with network, desktop support and on-site IT operations.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for the facility and adjacent locations.
• Resolve hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.
• Procure IT equipment and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with vendors and MSP staff to isolate root causes.
• Support company line of business applications and backups.
• Communicate with stakeholders and document actions.
