Job summary

Carvana Utah is seeking an on-site IT Service Desk Technician to support desktop, server, network, and AV systems across locations.

You’ll travel up to 60% to deploy, configure, and maintain infrastructure, respond to user requests, document solutions in Jira, and help keep systems secure and performing well.

Requires 4–6 years of IT experience, advanced Windows Server and AD skills, experience with Meraki and Mac OS X, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of IT experience in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced skills administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and other network services.
• Advanced skills in Windows OS (Windows 7/8/10) and imaging.
• Knowledge of Mac OS X and iOS/Android devices.
• Experience with G-Suite and Outlook/Office 365.
• Experience with AV equipment like projectors/HDTVs.
• Ability to work on-site and support on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 60% to set up and support remote Carvana Locations (desktop, server, network, AV).
• Communicate with users and vendors on project timelines and completions.
• Set up IT accessories for new hires and assist with desk moves.
• Document solutions and share with the team; maintain system performance and security.
• Configure and maintain networked systems to ensure availability and reliability.
• Maintain infrastructure inventory and Jira documentation.
• Participate in hardware refresh projects and on-site installations.
• Provide technical support and resolve escalation requests.
