Job summary

Mountain Family Health Centers in Glenwood Springs, CO is hiring an IT Support Technician to keep our medical office technology running smoothly. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes strong customer service and hands-on problem solving.

You will install software, configure hardware, maintain networks, and work with IT management to meet the organization's technology goals. Healthcare IT experience and 2+ years preferred; college or trade degree preferred.

Qualifications

• College or trade degree preferred; HS diploma acceptable with healthcare IT experience.
• At least two years’ related experience.
• IT-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT management to align with team goals.
• Provide high-quality work and excellent customer service.
• Maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks across the organization.
• Resolve technical problems while handling end-user requests, such as installing software and configuring hardware.

Position Summary

The IT Support Technician will work closely with IT management to support the strategic goals of the team. This is a full-time, on-site position. that will provide high-quality work, along with great customer service. The technician will maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks across the organization, resolve technical problems while managing end-user requests, such as installing software and/or configuring hardware.

• College or Trade degree preferred. Will accept high school diploma or equivalent with previous healthcare IT experience.
• At least two years’ related experience required.
