Qualifications

• College or Trade degree preferred; will accept high school diploma or equivalent with healthcare IT experience.
• At least two years’ related experience required.
• IT related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks across the organization.
• Resolve technical problems while managing end-user requests, such as installing software and configuring hardware.
• Provide high-quality customer service and support to staff and management.

Position Summary

The IT Support Technician will work closely with IT management to support the strategic goals of the team. This is a full-time, on-site position. that will provide high-quality work, along with great customer service. The technician will maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks across the organization, resolve technical problems while managing end-user requests, such as installing software and/or configuring hardware.
