An IT Support Technician provides first-level technical support to internal customers across the facility, serving as the primary point of contact for hardware, software, and network service requests. This role manages incidents from initial intake through resolution or escalation, ensuring timely and effective support that enables clinical and operational workflows. The ITS Technician collaborates with the ITS Leader and cross-functional support staff to deliver reliable technology services in accordance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements, and may also work in coordination with enterprise service desk resources as applicable.
An IT Support Technician who excels in this role:
Follow enterprise change management, incident management, and information security processes.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm MST
