Qualifications
- 1-3 years IT Support experience or similar role.
- Strong communication with senior leaders/executives.
- Solid knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, remotely or on-site.
- Assist in maintaining servers, ensuring stability and security.
- Monitor resources and backup data; contribute to disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate on network security measures with the Senior Systems Administrator.
- Install, upgrade, and license software; manage hardware inventories.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and conduct user training.
