Job summary

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company in Sweden is seeking an End User Support Specialist to provide frontline IT helpdesk support on-site. You will handle Windows and Office issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely updates to users.

The role requires several years of IT experience and a valid Swedish work permit. You will troubleshoot hardware, printers, and networking basics, keeping users productive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in the IT field.
• Must hold a valid work permit in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
