Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking a Site IT Support Engineer to coordinate IT activities at the construction site and throughout the project lifecycle. You will serve as the primary on-site IT support, ensuring reliable access to technology, equipment, connectivity, and services for project teams.

The role involves hands-on support across end-user computing, peripherals, LAN connectivity, application support, and site IT operations, with escalation to TEN Digiteam specialists when needed.

Qualifications

• High-level graduation or equivalent education/technical preparation for IT support.
• Minimum of two (2) years of similar experience supporting users, IT equipment, or site-based IT operations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting PCs and workstations.
• Experience supporting printers, plotters, and other end-user peripherals.
• Experience providing first-level user, application, and network troubleshooting support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain PCs, workstations, printers, plotters, and other end-user IT equipment at construction-site personnel.
• Connect devices to LAN and verify connectivity and operation.
• Provide day-to-day first-level technical support for hardware, software, workstation, printer, plotter, and connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
