Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for our Beaverton, OR office. You will manage inbound and outbound desktop equipment, assemble and label shipments, and ensure accurate inventory scanning. The role supports a 4,500-employee organization in IT support services.

The position requires a High School diploma and at least one year of related experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced office and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with a competitive hourly pay and 5%

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; minimum one year related work experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
• Proficient use of PC, mobile device, and Bluetooth scanner; strong communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools to boost productivity is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipment and receipt of all desktop equipment.
• Assemble boxes for new hires, break/fix and terminations.
• Create inbound and outbound shipping labels using UPS tool.
• Sort, clean, and box incoming/outgoing equipment.
• Scan equipment into/out of inventory accurately.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues raised by customers.
• Maintain a clean shipping and receiving area.
