Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related IT experience in a complex environment; seven years preferred.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Experience with enterprise IT security, servers, networks and desktop systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the IT Help Desk and staff.
• Ensure timely resolution of help desk requests and enforce policies.
• Maintain enterprise systems and address IT issues supporting agency operations.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
