Tailored Solutions, LLC. seeks a Subject Matter Expert (SME) IT Logistician to serve as the delivery and receiving coordinator for a client in the National Capital Region.

This on-site role in Washington, DC requires coordinating between project leads, vendors, carriers, the client, and facilities to ensure secure and timely deliveries. The SME will manage end-to-end delivery processes, maintain records, and develop SOPs covering security and chain of custody, while ensuring compliance with

• Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility determinations.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in logistics, receiving, or construction material coordination.
• 5+ years coordinating deliveries into secure Government facilities.
• Experience coordinating vendor, driver, and cargo access and inspection.
• Working knowledge of material handling, forklift and crane lifts, rigging, and OSHA safety.
• Experience managing multi-project delivery schedules and space planning.
• Experience with receiving inspection, discrepancy reporting, and asset accountability.
• SOLE CPL or ASCM CLTD certification.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain government vehicle credentials.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Apply Government logistics practices, procedures, and policies.
• Own the consolidated delivery schedule; deconflict deliveries and publish a forward-looking schedule.
• Coordinate security requirements for every delivery and document before dispatch.
• Plan and supervise material handling.
• Manage temporary storage and movement from storage to installation sites.
• Receive, inspect, and document inbound materials.
• Coordinate with client facilities, engineering, and contractors.
• Maintain the delivery and receiving records.
• Develop and enforce delivery SOPs covering security, safety, hazmat, OPSEC, and chain of custody.
• Serve as liaison among project leads, vendors, freight carriers, the client, and facilities.
• Manage government-furnished and contractor-acquired equipment accountability in the asset management system.
