Qualifications

• GED or equivalent high school credential.
• Ability to disassemble computer and server hardware.
• Proficiency with Acctivate ERP, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Windows file management.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• English proficiency for workplace communication, safety, and documentation.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be local to the Winston-Salem area; this position is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing lists, purchase orders, and other paperwork.
• Inspect, sort, and label computer and server components.
• Document discrepancies, damages, and serial numbers in the inventory system.
• Disassemble servers and IT hardware for parts harvesting.
• Maintain organized receiving and staging areas.
• Follow all warehouse safety and handling procedures.
