Job summary

ERGOS Technology Partners is seeking a Tier 1 Live Desk Technician to serve as a dedicated on-site resource embedded at a client’s corporate headquarters in Trophy Club, TX. This staff augmentation role requires daily on-site presence and collaboration with the client’s internal IT team.

You will provision devices, configure Windows/m365 environments, manage AD tasks, and document all actions in the ERGOS ticketing system.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience in an office or enterprise environment.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and user accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provision and configure new workstations, laptops, and peripherals for end users.
• Reimage workstations using SCCM/MDT, Intune/Autopilot, or equivalent; ensure clean builds.
• Support onboarding/offboarding workflows and asset staging.
• Maintain IT asset inventory at the Trophy Club site with accurate records.
• Serve as first point of contact for on-site end-user support; escalate to ERGOS Live Desk when needed.
• Perform basic Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tasks (password resets, account creation, license assignment).
• Troubleshoot printer and connectivity issues; coordinate with network team for escalations.
• Maintain ticket documentation from intake to resolution in the ERGOS system.
• Present a professional client-facing presence at the Trophy Club site.
