FOX VALLEY ORTHOPEDICS in Geneva, IL seeks an organized inventory specialist to verify incoming goods, distribute supplies, process requisitions, and maintain a clean Central Supply environment. This full-time, on-site role supports OR staff, physicians, and vendors, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced medical setting.

• High school diploma or GED required; medical/inventory experience preferred.
• Previous inventory experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and MMIS is expected.

Mansioni

• Inspect and verify incoming goods against packing slips and report shortages.
• Break down deliveries, sort and distribute supplies to departments.
• Process surgical casework and create requisitions as needed.
• Scan and label incoming supplies; pull items for patient case carts.
• Restock Central Supply Room and rotate expiration dates; assist counts.
• Train on MMIS; support vendor/driver interactions with professionalism.
