Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC in Morton, Illinois is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory accuracy and coordinate shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This on-site role supports production material flow, warehouse operations, and collaboration with procurement and production teams to keep materials flowing smoothly. You will perform cycle counts, maintain ERP records, and generate shipping docs, while monitoring KPIs to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, process transactions.
• Logistics Coordination: coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, prepare shipping docs, track shipments.
• Production & Warehouse Support: move materials between warehouse and production, monitor shortages, collaborate with teams.
