Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years in receiving, logistics, warehouse support, inventory, or supply chain administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP, logistics, and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving activities and ensure accurate processing of inbound shipments.
• Enter, investigate, resolve, and update receipt discrepancies within MERIT.
• Maintain receiving discrepancy reports, metrics, and related documentation.
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of EDI receipts and associated reports.
• Sort, prioritize, and respond to incoming correspondence and email requests promptly.
• Maintain organized receiving records, files, and documentation.
• Document and photograph damaged inbound materials while following established reporting procedures.
• Partner with the Finance team to resolve invoice and receipt discrepancies.
• Review aging reports and investigate outstanding receiving-related issues.
• Analyze and clear RMTERROR reports to maintain transaction accuracy.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Gemba Walks to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with inbound receipt processing and warehouse support activities as needed.
