Job summary

Precision Fuzing and Sensors is actively hiring an Inventory Control Specialist in Middletown, CT. You will support cycle counting, production kitting, and inventory movement to sustain production schedules on the factory floor.

Responsibilities include reconciling work orders, maintaining hardware traceability, interfacing with production teams, and addressing part shortages while adhering to 5S and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required and additional experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of related inventory management experience.
• Understanding and use of MRP systems.
• Good oral and written communications skills and working knowledge of PC-based software.

Responsibilities

• Support all inventory control requirements within the material department.
• Perform kitting for multiple Programs to support production schedule.
• Perform transactions, cycle counts, and physical inventories as required.
• Reconcile Work orders with functional teams to support timely closures.
• Maintain traceability for all hardware to ensure compliance.
• Interface with group leaders and assemblers to optimize flow on the production floor.
• Provide feedback to manager regarding part shortages and concerns.
