Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to optimize inventory performance across our global supply chain. This on-site role will drive replenishment strategies, manage SKU transitions, and collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain a healthy, balanced network.

Based in White Haven, PA, the position emphasizes hands-on leadership on the floor, training teams, and implementing 5S/Lean improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with GMP and IDL standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in inventory troubleshooting and supervisory roles in distribution, 3PL, or warehouse ops.
• Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Leverage WMS to manage daily inventory control and improve fill rates.
• Analyze root causes of inventory issues and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Build strong supplier relationships and address fill rate gaps, LT delays, damages, returns.
• Create import orders aligned with containerization needs.
• Run key reports (Call-Offs, Open POs, Destruction Write-Offs) to optimize warehouse capacity.
• Ensure safety compliance and IDL standards on the floor.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and cross-training to associates.
• Drive process improvements and support lean initiatives.
• Maintain a customer-first, tour-ready, safe facility.
