Job summary

Hamilton designs, builds, and installs trade show exhibits and permanent displays. We seek Inventory Control specialists to manage shipping, receiving, inspection, and asset prep for project builds and outbound shipments.

The role requires urgency, critical thinking, and teamwork to maintain accurate inventories and ensure timely deliveries. Overtime is part of the schedule and you will operate in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Must be available to work overtime hours as needed.
• Ability to problem-solve for quick resolutions.
• Eye for detail and ability to quality inspect.
• Team player with strong work ethic and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, inspecting, prepping, and maintaining accurate inventory of client assets.
• Coordinating with account management and installation teams to prep assets for project builds, outbound shipments, and return inspection of assets.
• Follow procedures for inbound shipments, check for defects, missing parts, and damaged items; document and send for repair.
• Follow procedures for outbound shipments to ensure parts and equipment are included and properly packed to minimize damage.
