Job summary

Romark Logistics is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for our Barling, AR distribution center to maintain inventory accuracy and support operational excellence. You will perform audits, cycle counts, quality inspections, and discrepancy research while generating reports and collaborating with customers and internal teams.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, strong math skills, and experience with WMS/SAP/Blue Yonder; ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Basic PC skills including data entry and Excel.
• Experience with WMS, SAP, and/or Blue Yonder systems preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, penmanship).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Operations: support unloading, inspecting, auditing, and put-away of product.
• Outbound Operations: assist with picking, transporting, scanning, and loading of product.
• Inventory Control & Accuracy: perform cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and discrepancy research.
• Returns & Discrepancy Management: handle customer returns and credits, maintain documentation.
• Value-Added Services (VAS): support relabeling, kitting, auditing, and product modifications.
• Production / Operational Support: ensure inventory availability for production and replenishment.
• Systems & Reporting: data entry in WMS/SAP/Blue Yonder, maintain reports and tracking tools.
• Destruction: process destruction orders in applicable systems.
• Inventory Compliance and Traceability: drive 6S standards, conduct GEMBA walks, manage holds and traceability.
• Operational Support: resolve inventory/operational issues and maintain a safe workspace.
• General Responsibilities: communicate with teams and customers; participate in projects.
