Job summary

E.A. Buck is seeking a Business Development Sales Associate to join our Denver or Honolulu team. The full-time, on-site role blends client outreach with relationship-building for financial advisors and community events.

Based in Denver, CO or Honolulu, HI, you will drive sales, schedule meetings, and maintain your prospect pipeline while thriving in a collaborative culture. Compensation includes base pay plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience, ideally inside sales.
• Candidate should be metrics driven, self-directed, self-motivated, have strong communication skills and organization skills.
• Candidates who are determined, goal-oriented, and have strong sales and customer relationship skills will do best in the role.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule client meetings with Financial Advisors.
• Call and invite clients to appreciation events, promotional educational workshops and promote community outreach events.
• Maintain client contact database with detailed data entry notes and maintain a list of prospecting leads. Provide performance data reports.
• Track Key Performance Indicators that are critical functions to the position.
• Assist with workshop and community outreach events; setup/breakdown of events and prepare materials.
