Job summary

AMWEAR USA in Corona, CA is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. This on-site sales role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, outbound calling, lead generation, account management, and business development.

You’ll make daily outbound calls, build relationships with customers, handle inquiries, use CRM tools, and support marketing promotions. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, $22–$25/hour plus commission, and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, call center, or business development.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with customers.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Able to work full-time in our Corona, CA office.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls (25–35) to warm and cold leads
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions
• Support key accounts and help maximize ROI
• Work with Marketing on sales materials and promotions
• Use CRM tools to track calls, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Assist customers with orders, pricing, and product questions
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly inside sales goals
