ATI Physical Therapy is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to assess employee health at client sites and tailor improvement plans. You will observe body mechanics, identify risk, and coach workers to reduce injuries, in collaboration with a network of industry partners.

This role emphasizes on-site program development, workplace education, and proactive health measures. A strong commitment to learning is supported by ATI Academy, mentorship, and leadership training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Athletic Training or related field required.
• Licensure as appropriate and BLS/AED certification.
• BOC certified or eligible preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe work performance to determine risk and mitigation strategies.
• Educate and coach employees to prevent injuries in the workplace.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Develop health education on wellness and prevention topics.
