Job summary

STI in Indianapolis on-site is seeking an Information Security Analyst for a 6+ month contract. Local candidates only. The role focuses on auditing and monitoring systems containing confidential information and supporting a security program across compliance, logging, and risk management.

You will help prepare for security audits, develop and implement security policies, and mentor staff as needed while collaborating with IT teams to protect data and systems against threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in information security or technology.
• Security certification preferred (e.g. CISSP).
• Experience with audits and compliance is desirable.
• Knowledge of information security management tools and standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor information security and confidentiality; report status.
• Interface with users to understand security needs and implement procedures.
• Assist with security audits and remediation findings.
• Develop and implement security policies and SOPs.
• Suggest enhancements and generate security reports.
