Job summary

BG Staffing, based in West Palm Beach, seeks a Facility Operations Manager to oversee daily on-site property operations for a multi-tenant industrial site. You will manage tenant relations, coordinate vendors, and supervise light maintenance to keep the building safe and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial property management, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office and property systems. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent — Required.
• Associate degree, technical training, facilities management certification, or property management coursework — Preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for ownership and management of the property.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
• Monitor appearance, landscaping, parking areas, and curb appeal.
• Coordinate services including landscaping, janitorial, HVAC, and life safety inspections.
• Support tenant relations, communications, move-ins/outs, and inspections.
• Coordinate vendors, review invoices, and maintain records of work orders.
