Qualifications

• Current Pharmacy License in Texas or Virginia is required.
• Pharmacy Preceptor License and IV Certification are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, GMP, USP <797> and <800>.

Responsibilities

• Ensure protocol compliance and attend site initiation visits.
• Oversee compounding of investigational products.
• Supervise IDS technicians and maintain SOP compliance.
