RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring an IDD Facility Nurse (RN/LPN) for Walnut Creek ICF - Children & Adults in Goldsboro, NC. The role is on-site and PRN, offering meaningful care to individuals with IDD and related conditions.

You will oversee nursing care, educate staff, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and IDT to promote health, independence, and quality of life. Requires an active nursing license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Active, unrestricted nursing license.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care for individuals with IDD and mental health needs.
• Observe, assess, and document health statuses and changes.
• Deliver health-related training to unlicensed staff.
• Educate individuals on monitoring their health and medication administration.
• Administer medications or support self-administration as appropriate.
• Coordinate appointments and conduct nursing assessments.
